摘 要:目的:初步探讨SPECT与CT图像异机融合。方法:利用核医学质控PET-CT模型,分别使用SPECT、64排CT、SPECT/CT分别进行采集,然后利用MIPAV软件对SPECT、64排CT图像进行异机融合。以SPECT/CTPET-CT模型同机融合图像为金标准,视觉评价异机融合图像质量。结果:利用MIPAV软件可将SPECT和64排CT所采集PET-CT模型图像较为理想地进行异机融合。由影像科医师对异机融合图像与同机融合图像进行比较,图像质量无显著差异。结论:对于SPECT和CT所采集图像,利用MIPAV软件进行3D图像异机融合具有临床可行性。Purpose: Clinical decisions may be easier to be made while combining the functional information of SPECT myocardial perfusion imaging and the morphological information of CT angiography. The aim of the study is to evaluate the validation of MIPAV software for three - dimensional integration of SPECT with stand - alone 64 - slice CT.Methods: The planar data of PET - CT was acquired with parallel - hole low energy high resolution collimators on a dual - head SPECT system and 64 - slice CT, respectively. Integration of SPECT images with CT images was performed on a remote workstation using MIPAV software. After image fusion was done, the image quality was assessed. SPECT/CT was taken as a gold standard. Results: MIPAV software can be used to integrate of SPECT images with stand- alone CT images successfully. The image quality of integrated modalities was found no significant different when compared with SPECT/CT images. Conclusion: 3D integration of SPECT with stand- alone CT images is clinical feasible by using MIPAV software.
