摘　　要：探讨急性胰腺炎局部并发症的MRI表现,并介绍相关的MRI征象:盐和胡椒面征、黑胰征、胰周火焰征、蜂窝征或皂泡征、拉丝征、游鱼征和太极征,以提高急性胰腺炎局部并发症的影像诊断水平。To investigate MRI findings on local complications of acute pancreatitis and introduce several MRI signs associated with local complications, such as： salt and pepper sign, dark pancreas sign, peripancreatic flame sign, honeycomb sign or soap bubble sign, drawing - off sign, swimming fish sign and Taiji sign. And to improve the level of imaging diagnosis on local complications of acute pancreatitis.
