摘 要:以现代体育教学基本特征为切入点,以调动师生互动和突出学生主体性的教学方式为主线,采用多种"角色扮演"的教学实验方法,探讨多角色教学方式对普通高校大学生健康素质的影响。结果表明:多角色乒乓球教学方式无论是在大学生的运动技能掌握上,还是在大学生健康水平方面均有较好的效果;多角色教学方式比传统教学方式更有利于大学生健康水平的提高。这对培养学生的创新能力、理论联系实际的能力和综合分析问题、解决问题的能力提供方法学基础。Starting from the basic features of modern P. E. teaching, adopting the teaching method that can motivate teacher-student interaction and stress on students' principal role, the authors of the research have applied a multi-role teaching method and discussed the influence of this method on the health quality of undergraduates in normal universities. The result shows that the multi-role teaching method of table tennis has a better effect on both grasping the sports skills and improving the health level for undergraduates. This method is more beneficial for the improvement of undergraduates' health level than the traditional teaching method. It also provides a methodology basis for cultivating the innovative ability, the abil- ity to integrate theory with practice and the ability to analyze and solve problems for the students.
