摘　　要：运用问卷法、座谈法和数理统计方法,对广东省6所高校大学生的不良生活方式、常见病和生活满意度等方面的情况进行问卷调查。归纳大学生不良生活方式的类型,揭示不良生活方式与患病之间的联系,分析大学生对生活满意度和环境影响的自我评价,为高校开展生活素质教育提供对策建议。This is a report on the investigation of undergraduates＇ unhealthy life-styles, common diseases and their degree of life satisfaction and so on in 6 colleges or universities of Guangdong province by questionnaires, informal discussions and mathematical statistics. The survey reveals the connection between undergraduates＇ unhealthy life-styles and common diseases. Their self-evaluation of satisfaction degree of life and environmental effect on them have also been analyzed and proposals put forward for life quality education in colleges or universities.
