干细胞关键转录因子Foxd3在宫颈癌组织中的表达

摘　　要：目的:探讨宫颈癌中干细胞关键转录因子Foxd3的表达情况及意义。方法:采用RT-PCR方法检测21例宫颈癌组织及15例正常宫颈组织中的Foxd3 mRNA表达水平;采用组织芯片及免疫组织化学技术对31例宫颈癌组织和12正常宫颈组织中Foxd3的蛋白表达进行检测。结果:宫颈癌组织中Foxd3 mRNA的表达水平要高于正常宫颈组织(P<0.05),绝大多数的宫颈癌标本中都可见Foxd3蛋白在癌组织中表达,其表达概率要高于正常组织(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈癌组织中存在着干细胞性质的癌细胞,可能为宫颈癌治疗的一个潜在靶点。Objective：To study the expression of Foxd3 in cervical carcinoma （CC） and its significance. Methods：Reverse transcription PCR （RT-PCR） was employed to detect Foxd3 mRNA in 21 cases of cervical carcinoma and 15 cases of normal cervix tissues （NC）,and tissue array and immunohistochemistry were used to analyze Foxd3 protein expression in 31 cases of cervical carcinoma and 12 cases of normal tissue. Results：The mRNA level of Foxd3 was higher in CC than that in NC （P 〈 0.05）,and most of CC （29/ 31,93.5%） expressed Foxd3 protein. Conclusion：Cervical carcinoma cell with stem cell property existing in cervical CC tissues may be a potential target of CC therapy.
