摘  要:目的评价荧光原位杂交技术(FISH)在上尿路肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法采用FISH技术检测20例正常人的3、7、17号染色体及9号染色体p16位点的变异情况,建立阈值。15例上尿路肿瘤患者及7例对照组患者留取晨尿,分别进行尿脱落细胞学检查和FISH检测。以至少两种探针检测结果超过阈值或一种探针检测结果存在至少两种异常为阳性。结果15例上尿路肿瘤患者中14例FISH检测阳性,而尿脱落细胞学检查仅2例阳性。对照组7例中6例FISH检测阴性,尿脱落细胞学检查均阴性。结论FISH对上尿路肿瘤的诊断效果优于尿脱落细胞学检查。Objective To investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of the fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH) technique in the diagnosis of upper urinary tract tumor. Methods FISH technique was used to detect the abnormalities of chromosome 3,7,17 and 9p16 from 20 normal volunteers. Urinasanguinis of 15 cases of upper urinary tract tumor and 7 cases of control group were collected for mine cytology and FISH. The sample was considered positive if two or more probes results higher than the criteria,or one probe had two or more abnormal results. Results 14 of 15 patients with upper urinary tract tumor were considered positive in FISH, while only 2 were considered positive in urine cytology. 6 of 7 cases of the control group were negative in FISH and all of 7 cases were negative in urine cytology. Conclusion FISH technique is more sensitive than urine cytology in the diagnosis of upper urinary tract tumor.
