摘 要:随着市场经济的发展,社会对经管类专业人才提出了新的要求,经济管理类本科专业课程教学内容和教学方法也在不断改革,以构建新的课程体系,适应人才市场需求。但目前的经管类专业教学模式仍存在很多问题,培养的学生与社会需要存在一定的脱节。文中研究以项目为导向的经管类专业教学模式,通过组织学生真实地参加项目设计、履行和管理的全过程,在教与学互动中完成教学任务,实现从以教师为中心转变为以学生为中心,以课本为中心转变为以"项目"为中心,以课堂为中心转变为以实际经验为中心,达到教、学、用的有机结合。将项目教学法引入经管类专业教学过程中,既能发挥教师的主导作用和学生的主体作用,又能充分体现经管类专业"能力为本"价值取向,从而促进经管类专业教学质量的提高,增强学生实践能力。With the development of market economy, there is new demand for the talents majored in economic and management. As a result, the teaching content and teaching methods of Economics and Management undergraduate professional courses are also undergoing continuously reforms in order to build a new curriculum to meet the manpower demand. However, there are still many problems existing in the current professional teaching mode in economic and management teaching, and the students of these majors disconnect with the social needs to some extent. This article made a research of the project-oriented professional teaching mode of the Economic and Management major. By organizing students to truly participant in the entire process of project design, implementation and management, and by completing the teaching task in the interaction of teaching and learning, this teaching mode will achieve the changes of student-centered from teacher-centered, "project'-centered from textbook-centered, and experience-centered from class-centered, and combines teaching, learning and practicing together in a systematical way. During the process of introducing the project teaching mode to professional Economic and Management teaching, teachers can play their leading role while the students can initiate on their own, and the "capacity-oriented" values of Economic and Management major will be fully embodied, thus to promote the teaching quality of professional Economic and Management teaching, and to enhance students" practical skills.
