摘　　要：文中分析了案例教学的内容、特点和案例选择的标准,论述了案例教学中师生的角色定位,探讨了案例教学中的知识创新流程,阐述了案例教学在现代创新人才的培养中的重要作用。The contents and characteristics, as well as the criteria of case selection are studied. The role of teachers and students in case teaching is discussed. The knowledge innovation process in it is investigated. And the significance of case teaching in creative talents training is then distinctly displayed.
