摘　　要：文中以中央财政重点支持的物流实训基地建设为契机,研究出了"学、岗、就"三态递进的高职物流管理专业生产性实训基地建设方案,并在基地的建设过程中,形成了一系列的教学成果,该成果获得2009年湖北省教学成果二等奖。This paper studies the production-based training base for logistics management constructional plan which progresses in three states including ＂learning, training, practice＂ step by step, all studies starts from the construction of production-based training base for logistics management which is supported as a key item by center government finance. A serial of education achievements were cropped during this construction, one of which was awarded second education achievements prize of Hubei province.
