摘　　要：通过对传统供应链管理缺陷的分析,阐述把企业实施绿色供应链管理的必要性,对绿色供应链管理中的绿色设计、绿色生产、绿色物流、绿色回收进行了具体分析。同时在分析了我国企业实施绿色供应链管理的内部动因和外部动因的基础上,提出了建设绿色企业文化、构建绿色供应链战略合作伙伴关系、构建企业内部绿色供应链体系三个具体应对策略,对企业具有一定的现实指导意义。This paper analyses the defect of the traditional supply chain management. Then the author describes the necessity that China＇s enterprises implement green supply chain management. The author carried out a specific analysis on the green design, green production, green logistics, green recycling. On the basis of the internal motivation and external motivation that the China＇s enterprises implement green supply chain management, the author proposed the construction of green corporate culture, build strategic partnership and build green supply chain system within the enterprise. This paper has a certain practical significance on the enterprise.
