摘　　要：党面临的执政、改革开放、市场经济和外部环境考验,党员干部队伍新变化,党性教育新问题等,要求必须改进党性教育。推进党性教育科学化,必须坚持党性与发展党性相结合,坚持市场经济法则与坚持党性原则相结合,坚持熔炉建设与坚持文化建设相结合,坚持思想教育与坚持制度监督相结合。文章首次推荐了中国延安干部学院创建的干部教育培训的"延安模式"。对全国干部教育培训具有重要借鉴意义。It needs advancing the education of party spirit when facing with the test on the Party by the governance,reform and opening up,market economy and world environment,the new change of the troop of party member and cadre,and the new issues of the education of party spirit.To advance the scientific nature of education of party spirit,it must adapt adhering to the party spirit into developing the party spirit,the furnace building into the culture building,the ideological education into the system surveillance.The paper,for the first time,recommends the ＇Yan＇an pattern＇ of cadre training created by CELAY,which has model significance for the national cadre education and training.
