摘 要:韩非子的阐释思想,除了体现在他对老子的解读与重构之外,还体现在贯穿他学说当中的对儒墨两家所推崇的先王的批判上,他认为儒墨两家所阐释的先王形象,有些也并没有实际依据,一方面是由于先王自己对历史的粉饰,另一方面,是由于读者自己的误读而作出了与原来不同的解释。这表达了他要求对儒墨两家所阐释的经典再重新解读、力求还原经典本来面貌的一种阐释思想。The elucidation idea of Han Feizi was embodied by the understanding and restructure of the theories of Laozi, and also by animadverting on the previous emperors who were canonized by the ideologists of Confucians and Mo, which went through his theories. He thought that the images of the previous emperors that the Confucians and Mo described were not based on facts. One reason is that the previous emperors transfigured the history. The other reason is that the readers' misunderstanding resulted in the different explanations. This expresses his elucidation idea that the classical elucidation by ideologists of Confucians and Mo be understood renewedly, so as to restore the original interpretations.
