摘　　要：企业是港口投融资活动的主要运作主体,企业最全面地参与了整个投融资过程,一方面通过融资过程从资本所有者那里取得资本的使用权,另一方面通过投资过程将资本使用在与港口相关的经济领域中,以期获得最大化的回报。企业在港口投融资中的主要角色是决策者和责任承担者,不仅是最直接的决策者,而且是最直接的受益者。因此,企业的行为策略一是合理选择资金来源,二是积极提高资金使用效率。Enterprise is the main subject of the port＇s investment and financing activities. And it is most comprehensively involved in the whole process of the port＇s investment and financing. On the one hand, it obtains the using right of the capital from the owner through the financing process; on the other hand, in order to obtain maximum returns it uses in port-related economic fields through the process of investment. The enterprise＇s main roles during the port＇s investment and financing are the decision-maker and responsibility stakeholder, not only the most direct decision-maker, but also the most direct beneficiary. Therefore, the enterprise＇s behavioral strategies include： choosing the reasonable source of funding; increasing the using efficiency of the funds.
