摘　　要：本文系统阐述了我院采用的汉字FoxBase^+设计的"微机师资管理系统",其主要功能有:系统初始化、查询、教师结构统计、教师数统计、数据库维护、打印、教学情况管理等七大功能,并简要说明了本系统的主要程序设计方法。The paper illustrates our collage' s Database Managing System(DBMS) on qualified teachers designed with FoxBASE+ systematically, which has seven main functions: System initiation inquiry, Statistics of the structure of the teachers, Statistics of the amount of the teachers, Database Maintenance, Printing and the teaching Management etc, and it also briefly introduces the main method of program design.
