摘　　要：网络文化已成为大学生文化生活的一部分,网络文化环境下的高校德育工作成效不明显,主要是网络文化的隐性德育功能的缺失。要提高高校德育成效,必须构建网络文化的隐性德育功能。The network culture culture environment university moral moral education function flaw.
