摘  要:目的探讨胃癌组织中粘蛋白1(MUC1)和基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)的表达与临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测了52例胃癌组织、31例良性胃溃疡组织中MUC1和MMP-9的表达。结果MUC1和MMP-9在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为63.46%、76.92%,在良性胃溃疡组织中均无表达。MUC1和MMP-9在胃癌组织中的表达与组织学分级、临床分期、有无淋巴结转移密切相关。结论MUC1和MMP-9在胃癌组织中高表达与胃癌的侵袭性行为有关,有可能成为判断胃癌预后的标志物及基因治疗的潜在靶点。Objective To investigate the expression of mucin I(MUC1) protein and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) protein in human gastric neoplasms and its clinicopathological leatures. Methods The levels of MUC1 protein and MMP-9 protein were examined in 52 cases of gastric neoplasms and 31 cases of benign gastric ulcer by immunohistochemical staining respectively. The protein levels of MUC1 and MMP-9 and clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results The positive ratios of MUC1 and MMP-9 in gastric neoplasms were 63.46% and 76.92%, respectively. Both of them were not expressed in benign gastric ulcer. The expression of MUC1 protein and MMP-9 protein was closely Connected with differentiation, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion The strong expression of MUC1 protein and MMP-9 protein in gastric neoplasms are related with tumor aggressiveness. MUC1 and MMP-9 may become a prognostic factor or a gene therapy target for gastric neoplasms.
