乳腺肿瘤印片细胞学检查与组织病理学诊断符合率分析

摘　　要：目的:研究乳腺肿瘤组织印片细胞学检查与组织病理学定性诊断符合率,探讨印片细胞学检查在临床病理学诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2004-01—2008-01月采用印片法观察123例新鲜离体乳腺包块,与组织病理切片诊断结果对照分析。结果:总体定性诊断符合率95.93%(118/123),其中恶性肿瘤96.3%,良性肿瘤为95.2%,误诊率为2.44%。结论:组织印片细胞学检查是组织病理学诊断一种有效的补充,也是对术中切除组织筛检定性的一种快捷方法。Objective： To study the diagnostic accuracy of imprint cytology（IC）and histopathology in breast neoplasms,and investigate the practical value of IC in clinic histopathologic diagnosis. Methods： 123 patients with breast neoplasms from 2004-01 to 2008-01 were retrospectively studied. Results： The total accuracy of IC compared with that of histoathologic examination was 95. 93% （118/123）, and malignant tumor was 96.3%,benign tumor was 95.2% among them. Conclusion： Imprint cytology is a supplementary method for histopathologic diagnosis,and a fast method for intraperative assessment on excised tissue.
