摘　　要：知识共享是组织中进行知识管理的一个重要内容,特别是对于随着时代发展应运而生的各类虚拟组织,有效的知识共享管理模式可以带来良好的组织文化,增强组织活力。在分析虚拟组织的特点及其知识粒度的基础上,提出了包括知识共享与知识创造两套机制在内的知识共享管理模式,结合国外成功案例,论证了虚拟组织中知识共享管理的必要性和有效性,并提出了科技管理,尤其是新兴的虚拟科研组织管理中的创新方法。Knowledge sharing is a key issue in knowledge management. With the development of all kinds of virtual organizations, an effective knowledge sharing management mode can bring excellent corporate culture and finn performance. Based on the analysis of the features of virtual organizations and knowledge granularity, this paper introduced a new method of knowledge sharing management including knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation. By studying a successful case in Europe, this paper argued the necessity and effectiveness of knowledge sharing management in virtual organizations, and proposed managing methods which can be applied in new virtual science sesearch organizations.
