E-钙黏附素在结肠癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨结肠癌中钙黏附素的表达与癌分级、分期及肿瘤大小的关系,以及E-钙黏附素在结肠癌中的表达及预后的影响,为临床选择治疗方案提供参考。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测50例结肠腺癌组织及癌旁正常结肠组织E-钙黏附素的表达。结果E-钙黏附素在50例结肠癌中的阳性率为52.00%,在癌旁正常结肠组织中的表达率为80.00%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.734,P<0.05)。E-钙黏附素在结肠癌中的表达与患者性别、肿瘤部位、大小、分化程度无统计学意义,与Dukes分期有关。结论结肠腺癌组织中E-钙黏附素呈低表达,与癌旁正常结肠组织比较差异有统计学意义,与肿瘤Dukes分期有关(P<0.05),钙黏附素与结肠癌的发生、发展明显相关,可以作为判断结肠癌预后的指标。Objective To discuss the expression E - cadherin in colon cancer and to study its impacts on the prognosis of colon cancer. Methods Immuno - histochemistry method was used to detect E - cadherin expression of colon adenocarcinoma tissue and adjacent normal colon tissue. Results The expression of E - cadherin in colon cancer tissue was lower than that in normal next to colon cancer organizations, The expression of E -cadherin in colon cancer tissue patients was not related to gender, nationality, tumor location, size and degree of differentiation and cancer clinical pathology stages. Conclusion Compared to the adjacent normal colon organizations, colon adenocarcinoma tissue of E - cadherin expression is lower, suggests that the tumor in the development process along with the role of cell adhesion loss.
