摘　　要：论述了我国知识经济发展的实际状况，对如何发展知识经济，迎接知识经济时代的到来，谈了几点粗浅的看法。The paper not only deals with the present and actual developing situation of the knowledge economy, but also deals with the way to develop this economy. Upon the receiving and facing up to the arrival of such economy era, several viewpoints are also talked roughly.
