摘　　要：随着计算机网络技术的高速发展,特别是互联网的日益普及,青少年越来越多地融入网络,同时,其隐私权被侵害的危险也越来越大。为了有效地保护社会经验不足、维权意识淡薄的广大青少年,法律界应加强对青少年隐私权保护的研究。从青少年网络隐私权主体、客体、内容等方面进行法理分析。With the rapid development of the computer networking technology, especially with the increasing popularity of the Internet, the teenagers are involved more and more in the Internet and at the same time their privacy is aggrieved more and more. In order to effectively protect most of the teenagers who are less experienced and weak in protecting their rights, the law profession should strengthen the research on protecting their privacy. The legal analysis of the subject, the object and contents of Internet privacy of the teenagers should also be carried out.
