摘 要:目的用分光光度法测定食品中糖精钠是一种简单、快速、灵敏的方法。方法在磷酸氢二钠-柠檬酸缓冲溶液中,糖精钠的磺酰基团与亚甲蓝和乙酸铜定量生成的蓝色络合物被二氯乙烷萃取,在656nm处进行比色测其吸光度。结果糖精钠在0~350μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9976),最低检出限为0.006g/ml,加标回收率为99.651%~101.957%,变异系数为0.15%~0.66%。结论此法能快速地检测出食品与药品中的糖精钠的含量,且结果准确、可靠。Objective A simple,rapid,and sensitive spectrophotometric method for routine determination of saccharin in commercial food products was proposed.Methods It was based on the reaction of sulfonyl of saccharin and Methylene blue,and its product was a blue compound( max=656) which could be extracted by 1,2-dichloroethane and detected by colorimetric.Results The linear range of saccharin was 0~350 g·ml^-1 for Methylene Blue spectrophotometry(r=0.997 6).The detection limit was 0.006 g·ml^-1,recoveries were ranging from 99.651% to 101.957%,standard deviations were ranging from 0.15 to 0.66%.Conclusions The proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of saccharin in different foods and pharmaceutical samples with satisfactory results.
