蛋白质与中药四性相关性研究的几点思考

摘　　要：回顾了近年来中药蛋白质与中药四性相关性的研究进展,从蛋白质的含量和种类方面初步探讨了中药四性与蛋白质的相关性。指出全电性离子色谱法、斑点免疫印迹法是可行的中药药性研究的新方法。提出利用蛋白质电泳、高效毛细管电泳获取指纹图谱,结合数理统计,分析寒、热中药中蛋白质规律性差异的新思路。为以中药四性理论现代研究为突破口,创新中药四性理论,建立基于中医药经典理论,同时又符合现代科学认知规律的中药四性理论表征体系提供了宝贵的实验依据。This paper reviewed the current studies on the relationship between protein and four properties of Traditional Chinese Medicine （ TCM ） and discussed the relationship between protein and four properties of＂TCM from the protein content and the type aspect＇s research.It demonstrated that pan electrical property ion chromatography and dot immunoblotting are new methods.Some new ideas that using Mathematical Statistics to analyze the results of Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate Polyacrylamid Gel Eleetrophoresis（SDS-PAGE） and High Performance Capillary Electr-ophoresis（HPCE） were put forward. The aim of the paper was to provide the precious experiment basis for the research about the relationship between protein and four properties of TCM.
