摘　　要：坐骨神经痛作为常见疑难病,休息、镇痛药、硬膜外注射、理疗、外科治疗等方法治疗本病均不理想。临床实践已证明针灸确是治疗坐骨神经痛首选方法。但在镇痛机理、特异手法及疗效评估方面的研究存在不足,有待针灸临床工作者深入研究。Sciatica as a common disease, but the rest, analgesics, epidural injections, physical therapy, surgical treatment methods are not ideal for the treatment of this disease. It has been proven by clinical practice that acupuncture is the preferred method of the treatment for sciatica. However, it is a lack of the mechanism of analgesia, methods and efficacy of specific studies to assess. The clinical doctors of acupuncture must be in-depth study in future.
