摘 要:提出了一种4级交叉耦合的拓扑结构,并用其设计了一个多层基片集成波导滤波器.非相邻谐振腔间的交叉耦合使滤波器产生了2个有限传输零点,改善了滤波器的性能.用高频电磁仿真软件HFSS对滤波器进行设计和仿真,并用8层低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)工艺对其进行加工.测量结果与仿真结果吻合较好,从而证明了所给滤波器结构的有效性.A fourth-order multi-layered cross-coupled filter realized by substrate integrated waveguide structure was proposed. A new topology was adopted to construct the filter. Due to the presence of the cross-coupling between nonadjacent resonators, two finite frequency transmission zeros near the passband are produced to improve the performance of the filter. The filter was designed and simulated by high frequency structure simulator (HFSS), and fabricated using eight-layer low-temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) technology. The measured results show a good agreement with the simulated results and validate the structures of the proposed filter.
