ATM蛋白在宫颈癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究毛细血管扩张性共济失调症突变蛋白(ATM)在宫颈癌、宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)和正常宫颈组织中的表达情况,探讨其在宫颈癌发生发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测50例宫颈癌、15例CIN和20例正常宫颈组织中ATM蛋白的表达。结果ATM在宫颈癌、CIN及正常宫颈组织中的阳性率分别为22%、33.3%和60%,在宫颈癌中的表达水平低于正常宫颈组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),在正常宫颈组织中的表达水平虽高于CIN但差异无统计学意义(P>0.01)。结论ATM蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的表达下降,ATM可能在宫颈癌的发生发展中起一定的作用。Objective To study the expression of ataxia - telangiectasia mutanted protein （ATM） in cervical carcinoma, cervical intra - epithelial neoplasia （CIN） and normal cervical tissue and to explore its role in tumor progression of cervical carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of ATM in 50 cases of cervical carcinoma, 15 cases of CIN and 20 cases of normal cervical tissue. Results The positive percentages of ATM in cervical carcinoma, CIN and normal cervical tissue were respectively 22%, 33.3% and 60% ; and the expression of ATM in cervical carcinoma was lower than that in normal cervical tissue （P 〈 0.01 ）, although its expression in normal cervical tissue was higher than that in CIN, but the difference has no statistical significance （ P 〉 0.01 ）. Conclusion The expression of ATM in cervical carcinoma was decreased, and ATM may take a role in the progression of cervical carcinoma.
