摘  要:目的:探讨建立实验性可复性牙髓炎动物模型的具体实验方法。方法:选用20只雄性Wistar大鼠,每只鼠分别不喷水均匀磨除上颌第一磨牙牙釉质酸蚀牙本质,而正常组则不用处理。分别于术后0d(正常组)、1、3、5、7d处死动物,获取上颌骨及牙齿标本,经固定、脱钙后做5μm厚的连续切片,HE染色后光镜观察。结果:实验组牙髓组织发生典型的可复性炎症变化。结论:不喷水钻磨牙釉质酸蚀牙本质法诱导大鼠实验性可复性牙髓炎简便可行。Objective:To explore the experimental method for the establishment of experimental animal model of reusable pulpitis.Methods:Twenty male Wistar rats were used as experimental group.The maxillary first molar of each rat in the experimental group was treated by drilling the enamel without water cooling and then the dentine was corroded with acid.The rats of the normal group without treatment were killed at 0 day.The rats of the experimental group were killed at 1,3,5 and 7 days after treatment.The maxillary and teeth were fixed,decalcified and embedded in paraffin, and after that 5μm thick serial section was prepared.The sections were stained with hematoxylin-eosin and examined under a light microscope.Results:The typical reusable inflammatory changes were observed in the pulp tissue of the experimental group.Conclusion:The method for the establishment of experimental animal model of reusable pulpitis by drilling the enamel without water cooling and then the dentine was corroded with acid is simple and feasible.
