摘　　要：本项目通过发放问卷的方式对全国多个省市地区的临床医务人员进行了有关国家医师资格考试意义、组织管理等方面的调查,通过结果分析,提出进一步改进考试管理的建议。结果表明,医务人员对国家医师资格考试认可度很高,并给予考试的组织管理积极评价。This project presents a survey of doctor qualification examination by means of questionnaires in doctors engaged in clinical working in various provinces and cities. The survey shows some problems existing in medical personnel training. The authors have provided some basic information for promoting medical education reform： The average rate of the qualified physicians is 45.27, which is significantly higher than that of those who are not qualified （39.84 points） （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The qualified doctors are better almost in all facets, and the examination plays a leading role in improving the medical standards.
