原发性进行性冻结步态的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨原发性进行性冻结步态的临床特点、诊断及治疗。方法对3例老年男性原发性进行性冻结步态的患者随访3～5年,并对临床资料进行分析总结。结果3例患者发病年龄平均78岁±2岁,均以反复发作的冻结步态为突出症状,冻结时间持续0.5～3min,实验室检查未见异常,多巴胺能药物治疗无效,司来吉兰10mg/d治疗有效。结论目前3例患者的临床表现符合原发性进行性冻结步态的诊断标准,但最终诊断需要长期的随访观察或病理检查。Objective To explore the characteristics,diagnosis and therapy of primary progressive freezing gait（PPFG）.Methods To study prospectively,clinical data of 3 old man with PPFG were followed-up for three to five years.Results The mean age at onset is 78.The main symptom was episodic freezing of gait,lasting 0.5-3 minutes at a time,without any abnormality of routine laboratory examinations,without any responding to dopaminergic drugs,but selegiline at a dose of 10mg/d was effective.Conclusions Up to now,the clinical manifestations of 3 patients accord to diagnostic criteria of PPFG,but further follow-up survey or pathologic examination is required.
