六盘水市中心区高中生人际关系现状及对策

摘　　要：通过对六盘水市中心区高中生人际关系的问卷调查、心理测试和座谈,发现高中生存在的人际不良表现有:行为倒退、孤僻自闭、品行不良,合作意识弱。原因有:社会因素、学校环境、家庭影响、个体因素。帮助高中生建立和谐人际关系的具体策略有:掌握人际交往的基本原则、技巧、语言艺术及培养合作的精神。Through the questionnaire surveys , the psychological test and the discussion on the high-school students interpersonal relationship in the central area of liupanshui city. We have discovered there are some kind of innormal relationship interpersonal among the high-school students. The performance is： backs-up of the behavior, the eccentric and self-closing, the bad conduct, the weak cooperation realizes.Its reason include： the social factor, the school＇s environment, the influence from family, the individual factor.We proposed the suggestion that we should help the high-school students establish the harmonious interpersonal relationship.The concrete strategy includes： grasping the basic principle of the human communication, the skill, language art and raising cooperation spirit.
