恶性肿瘤骨转移癌性骨痛放射性核素89SrCl2的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的评价89SrCl2治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移癌性骨痛的疗效。方法回顾性分析126例恶性肿瘤骨转移癌导致骨痛患者的病例资料，对静脉注射89SrCl2后的镇痛作用及不良反应进行分析与总结。结果治疗后骨痛消失或缓解103例，总有效率81．7％，治疗后骨显像显示，38例患者骨病灶缩小或消失，5例患者出现白细胞-过性减低，肝、肾功能无变化。结论89SrCl2对恶性肿瘤骨转移导致的骨痛有较好的疗效，药物不良反应小，可重复用药。Objective To evaluate the palliative effect of 89SrCl2 on multiple metastatic bone-pain of malig- nant tumors. Methods The palliative effect and side effect in 126 patients with metastatic bone-pain of malignant tumors after intravenous 89SrCl2 were observed. Results The bone-pain disappeared or relieved in 103 patients after therapy. The completely effective rate was 81.7%. Bone scan showed that metastatic in 38 patients slowed down or vanished. The counts of leucocyte were decreased mildly in a few patients. The damage of liver and kidney was not observed after therapy. Conclusions The 89SrCl2 is effective for treating patients with metastatic bone-pain of carcinoma. The side-effect is mild and it can be applied repeatedly.
