成人高等教育人才培养质量的理性思考

摘　　要：成人高等教育人才培养的质量总体状况是比较良好的,但也还存在质量氛围缺失、质量意识淡薄、质量标准模糊等突出问题,影响和制约了成人高等教育的发展。究其原因,主要是来自社会的信任不够,来自学校的重视不够,来自学生的努力不够。要进一步提升成人高等教育人才培养质量,就要更新成人高等教育的人才培养理念,优化成人高等教育的人才培养目标,改革成人高等教育的人才培养模式。The personnel training quality of adult higher education is generally good, but there still are many prominent problems, such as absence of quality environment, dim of quality awareness, blur of quality criterion and so on. The reasons maybe stem from that accredit from society is inadequate, the recognition from school is inadequate, and the endeavor from student is inadequate. To advance the quality of adult higher education, one should renew the personnel training idea of adult higher education, optimize the personnel training aim of adult higher education, and reform the personnel training mode of adult higher education.
