摘　　要：整顿考试秩序、惩治考试腐败、完善考试制度的问题,随着十七大加强社会公平公正和谐理念,越来越为广大民众关注期待.文章在调查分析的基础上认为,要遏止考试作弊行为必须加快考试立法进程及考试评价的改革.With the proposal of harmonious concept of building a fair and just society,which was put forward by the 17th NPC,the issues of straightening out the examination order,punishing corruption in the examination and improving the examination system are increasingly concerned and expected by the general public. This article,based on the investigation and analysis,holds the view that the government must speed up the legislative process and the reform of examination evaluation in order to deter cheating.
