药用植物脂肪酶抑制剂研究新进展

摘　　要：随着科学技术的进步和人们日益增长的保健、减肥等的需要，研究开发更多更好的抑制脂肪酶活性类药物越来越受到人们的关注。崇尚自然的现代人把更多的目光投向了天然药用植物的开发。本文综述了国内外在药用植物脂肪酶抑制剂减肥研究方面的最新进展。The researches of pancreatic lipase suppressant are attracting an increasing attention because of the eager requirement in weight reduction and health care. Lipase inhibitors have generated a great interest because they could help in the prevention or the therapy of lipase-related diseases. Since chemical drugs have not met people＇ s need already, development of natural medicinal plants has become considerable and promising. Many new pancreatic lipase（ triacylglycer- ol lipase, EC 3.1.1.3 ） inhibitors from herbs have been found, such as several saponius, glucosides, polyphenols, flavones,terpenoids and alkaloids. It is no doubt that this exploration has good prospects. The new advances of pancreatic lipase inhibitors from herbs for anti-obesity research are presented in this paper. Finally,the issue is analyzed and some suggestions are given from personal view.
