摘 要:从云南昆明滇池一水生植物中分离得到一株内生细菌MHQ1,该菌对杨桃炭疽菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides)、香石竹疫霉(Phytophthora nicotianae)和腐皮镰刀菌(Fusadum solani)等多种植物病原真菌有着较强的拮抗作用。通过形态观察和生理生化实验,将该菌株鉴定为短短芽孢杆菌(Brevibacillus brevis)。用水和甲醇对抑菌活性物质进行提取和抑菌活性对比实验,结果表明,甲醇粗提液的抑菌活性明显强于水粗提液的抑菌活性。进一步用石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇对甲醇粗提物进行分级萃取和抑菌实验,结果发现,抑菌活性物质主要存在于正丁醇相。The endophyte MHQ1 isolated from an aquatic plant of Dianchi Lake showed strong antifungal activities against a series of phytopathogens. It was identified as B. brevis based on its morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics. After testing the antifungal activities of the crude extracts of methanol and water from its solid fermentation products,it was found that the antifungal activity of the crude extract of methanol was stronger than that of water. Through comparing the antifungal activities of different organic solvents for extracting inhibition substance from the crude extract of methanol, it was found that the inhibition substance was existed in butanol.
