摘　　要：本文从体育管理体制改革的主要构成要素:目标、原则、内容、路径入手,对中国体育管理体制改革的未来取向进行了深入的分析,研究结果表明:体育管理体制改革的目标模式是社会回应型改革;改革的指导原则是以体育管理自身规律为导向的市场性原则、社会性原则和比例性原则;改革的核心内容是权力与权利并重;改革的路径程序是以法律推进为主导。Document method and logic analysis are employed to analyze target, principle, content and route of the main elements of sports management system reform. The result indicates that the pattern of sports management system reform is social response type. Its guiding principle is the market--oriented, social and proportional according to the law of sports management. Its core content is power and rights. Its route is by law.
