终身教育与大学图书馆的服务创新

摘　　要：本文在阐明终身教育基本内涵的基础上，从职能定位、法规要求、国际经验和自身优势等方面，论述了大学图书馆在终身教育中的责任。文章从推行电子化和网络化运营，拓展咨询、指导和培训服务，进行校地共建，实行政府买单等方面，提出了大学图书馆终身教育服务的创新途径。This article sets forth the essential meaning of lifelong education, points out the responsibilities of university libraries in lifelong education from the aspects of library＇s function, advantages, relative regulations and international experience. It suggests that university libraries should innovate their lifelong education services from such aspects as pushing electronic and networking operation, widening consultation, instruction and training services, working together with local libraries, and urging the government to pay for the services.
