摘　　要：金融危机的出现，使我国经济发展面临严峻挑战，直接影响到了市场对于人力资源的需求及价值重估。建筑企业经营的内外环境也发生了一系列的深刻变化，人力资源管理作为企业的轴心管理，对提升公管理水平和企业长远发展都具有深远的价值。本文就针对建筑企业人力资源管理的现状对如何加强建筑企业人力资源开发和管理提出一些建议和策略。The financial crisis appearance, causes our country economy development faced with the stern challenge, affected the market directly regarding the human resources demand and the value evalution. The construction enterprise manages inside and outside environment also had a series of profound changes,the human resources management had taken the enterprise the axle center management,to promoted the male management level and the enterprise long-term development all has the profound value. How does this article aim at the construction enterprise human resources management the present situation to strengthen the construction enterprise human resources development and the management puts forward some proposals and the strategy.
