摘 要:在适量β-CD存在下,1,8-二羟基蒽醌与镁离子在NH4OH碱性介质中生成的配合物具有强的荧光发射.λex/λem=540/594nm.镁离子浓度在2~20μmol/L范围内与荧光强度呈良好的线性关系,检测限为0.19μmol/L.检测了10余种金属离子对测定镁离子的影响,结果表明,该方法选择性好、灵敏度高且操作简便.In the presence of β-CD and NH4OH, the complex formed between 1,8-Dihydroxyanthraquinone and Mg2+ in water gives strong fluorescence emission at 594 nm. Under optimal conditions,there was a satisfactory linear relationship between fluorescence intensity and Mg^2+ concentration in the range of 2 to 20 μmol/L. The detection limit was 0.19μmol/L. The influences of some commonly coexisting ions on the determination of Mg^2+ were investigated. The proposed method offers the advantages of high selectivity and sensitivity as well as easy operation.
