摘 要:提出一种基于扩展存储方式与沿合成技术结合的高精度脉宽可控的RZ/R1码合成技术。该技术由RZ/R1码的特征对数据进行1位扩展为2位存储,通过地址产生计数器连续读出并行数据并将其转换成串行数据;利用计数器与可编程延迟线结合的方式对串行数据中的沿信号精密延迟;延迟后的信号再与串行数据送入高速D触发器,实现脉宽高精度连续可调的RZ/R1码信号合成。该设计能实现频率范围为1 kHz~400 MHz,脉宽范围为1.25 ns~(T-1.25 ns),脉宽精度为100 ps。The paper presents a method of synthesizing high-precision controllable pulse-width RZ/R1 data, which is based on extensible storage and pulse edge assembly technology. The technology expands data bit from 1 to 2 through the character of RZ/R1 and stores it. Then, reads the parallel data with address-generated counter and converts it into serial data. Using programmable counter and delay line, the high precision delay for the edges in the serial data is realized. Importing the delayed signal and the original counterpart into a high speed D flip-flop and the RZ/R1 data with high-precision, continuously adjustable pulse-width is synthesized. The technology can achieve coverage of a frequency 1 kHz to 400 MHz,pulse-width in the range of 1.25 ns to (T-1.25 ns) with 100 ps resolution.
