摘　　要：为探讨多原发性大肠癌的临床诊治特点，回顾分析62例多原发性大肠癌患者的病例资料，结合文献报道对原发性大肠癌的发病状况、发病因素、诊断治疗及预后、漏误诊原因等进行讨论。The objective of the study was to get a clearer understanding on the clinical features of diagnosis and treatment of multiple primary colorectal carcinoma. The clinical data of 62 cases with multiple primary colorectal carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively. The symptoms and signs, the pathogenic factors, diagnosis, treatment, prognosis and reasons of missed diagnosis were analyzed, which also was discussed together with literature reports.
