摘　　要："绿猫"理论希望中国成为一个"绿色国家"。绿色发展,是中国必然的抉择。高校开展生态文明教育,不仅能提升大学生综合素质,推动绿色科技研究与创新,还能辐射和带动公众绿色观念的形成。高校生态文明教育的实践也丰富着"绿猫"理论的内涵,切实为建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会贡献力量。＂Green Cat＂ theory hopes that China can become a ＂Green Country＂. Green development is the inevitable choice for China. To develop ecological civilization education in college can not only upgrade the student＇s comprehensive quality, but also promote the research and innovation of green technology. In addition, it can radiate and drive formation of public green concept. The practice of ecological civilization education in college can also enrich the connotation of ＂Green Cat＂ theory, and contribute to the construction of a resource-conserving, environment-friendly society in an effective way.
