摘  要:以某地面车载雷达为例,针对其高举升的柔性多体升降杆系统,采用结构动力学中的Craig-Bampton模态综合法,对其弹性变形进行分析,将模态综合法与多体系统建模的第一类拉格朗日方程相结合,以适应刚体运动与弹性运动的耦合。在Virtual.Lab的Motion平台下,对整个多体系统进行仿真分析,可供同类产品设计参考。This paper aims at analysis of a flexible multi-body system such as lifting tower of vehicle-born radar. The craig-hampton modality synthetic method was adopted to describe the elastic deformation. The modality synthetic method is combined with the commonly used hybrid coordinate method in multi-body system modeling, so as to suit the coupling of rigid-body movement with elastic movement, which could reflect the dynamic characteristics of the system better. Based on software platform-virtual Lab motion, this method can be used to carry out the computer simulation analysis on the flexible multi-body system, and then proceed to conduct the design and further.
