根治性切除术治疗原发性精囊癌的长期效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨治疗原发性精囊癌有效的外科手术方式。方法:报告1例原发性精囊癌经过根治性切除手术治疗后的长期随访结果,并结合文献复习。结果:1例发病年龄19岁的右精囊中分化腺癌病人,先后经过肿瘤局部切除术加放疗和前列腺精囊切除术,两次治疗后肿瘤均局部复发,最后又行膀胱全切,Indiana膀胱术后治愈,病人从最后一次手术至今已接受随访10年以上,至今无复发仍存活。结论:适当的根治性切除手术应该是原发性精囊癌最有效的首选手术方式。Objectives：To study the effective surgical method for the treatment of primary seminal vesicle carcinoma.Methods：We report the long term result of radical excision for the treatment of one case of primary seminal vesicle carcinoma and review the literatures.Results：This a 19 years old patient with moderate differentiated adenocarcinoma of right seminal vesicle.The tumor recurred twice locally after local excision of the tumor combined with radiotherapy and prostatovesiculectomy.He was eventually cured by radical excision of bladder with Indiana pouch.The patient is still alive without recurrence more than 10 years after the last operation.Conclusion：Appropriate radical excision should be the first choice of surgical treatment for primary seminal vesicle carcinoma.
