盛水汤治疗特发性弱精症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察盛水汤治疗特发性弱精症的临床疗效。方法:将124例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,其中治疗组63例,采用盛水汤治疗;对照组61例,给与复方玄驹胶囊口服。疗程3个月,分别于治疗前后观察两组病人的精子活力。结果:两组都可显著提高特发性弱精症患者的精子活力(P<0.05),且治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:盛水汤治疗特发性弱精症疗效明显。Objectives： To observe the clinical effect of Shengshui Soup on the treatment of idiopathic asthenospermia. Methods： One hundred and twenty - four patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. The treatment group includes 63 patients who were treated with Shengshui soup, while the 61 patients in the control group were treated with compound Xuanju capsules. After three months of treatment, two groups of patients were observed on their sperm quality. Results： Both groups showed significantly improved sperm quality after treatment （ as compared with the quality before treatment）, with the treatment group revealing even significantly better effects （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Shengshui soup can effectively improve the sperm quality of idiopathic asthenospermia patients.
