摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺导管浸润癌组织中促肝细胞再生磷酸酶(PRL-3)的表达及其与临床病理特征之间的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测60例乳腺浸润性导管癌、6例乳腺正常组织、15例轻中度和20例重度不典型增生组织中PRL-3的表达及其与乳腺浸润性导管癌临床病理特征之间的关系。结果:PRL-3蛋白在乳腺正常组织、乳腺导管轻中度不典型增生、重度不典型增生和乳腺导管浸润癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为0、46.7%、80.0%和95.0%,4组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.008);组间两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。乳腺浸润性导管癌中PRL-3蛋白与淋巴结转移和组织学分级有关(χ2=6.494,P=0.011和0.008)。结论:PRL-3蛋白可能与乳腺浸润性导管癌的发生发展及转移有关。Aim：To study the expression of PRL-3 and the relationship with clinical pathological features in breast cancer progression.Methods：The expression of PRL-3 was examined in 60 cases of breast invasive ductal carcinoma tissue and 6 cases of normal breast tissue,15 cases of mild-middle atypical hyperplasia,and 20 cases of severe atypical hyperplasia breast tissue by immunohistochemical staining.The relationship between PRL-3 expression and clinicopathological factors was analyzed.Results：The positive expression rates of PRL-3 protein in normal breast,mild-middle atypical hyperplasia,severe atypical hyperplasia and breast invasive carcinoma tissue were 0,46.7%,80.0%,and 95.0%,there were significant differences between them（P=0.008）.The positive expression rate of PRL-3 in invasive ductal carcinoma tissue was related with histological grade and lymphatic metastasis（χ2=6.494;P=0.011,0.008）.Conclusion：PRL-3 protein may be involved in the occurrence,development and metastasis of breast carcinoma.
