摘 要:目的探讨护理本科学生开展临床实习双语教学的效果。方法对46名护理本科实习生进行双语教学,教学内容包括护理口语、听力、糖尿病双语小讲课、糖尿病双语教学查房4个方面,教学方法采用小组授课、情景模拟、英语查房、专题讲座等形式。教学时间安排,口语、听力、授课及专题讲座等共72学时,临床实践10个月。双语教学结束后对学生进行专业英语测试和问卷调查。结果双语教学后专业英语成绩合格率比双语教学前明显提高(P〈0.05),95.7%的学生认为开展临床双语教学非常有意义,56.5%的学生认为自身英语水平提高。结论临床实习双语教学提高学生的专业英语听说能力和学习英语的兴趣,有利于提高教师的综合素质。Objective To explore the effect of bilingual teaching in clinical practice for nursing undergraduates. Methods From August 2008 to May 2009,totally 46 nursing undergraduates received bilingual teaching in clinical practice,the teaching contents included oral nursing English,listening,bilingual nursing lectures and teaching ward-round in patients with diabetes,and the teaching methods included small group teaching,scene simulation,English ward-round and lecture et al. After bilingual teaching,the students attended test of nursing English. Meanwhile,a questionnaire survey was conducted among the students. Results After bilingual teaching,the qualification rate of nursing English increased obviously (P〈0.05). As a result, 95.7% of the students considered that bilingual teaching in clinical practice was of great significance^56.5% of the students considered that bilingual teaching in clinical practice improved their listening and speaking skills. Conclusion Bilingual teaching in clinical practice can improve students' listening and speaking skills and study interest,and it contributes to enhancing teachers' comprehensive quality as well.
