摘　　要：目的探讨乳管镜定位下切除乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的手术疗效。方法2008年6月至2009年6月,对50例乳管内单发乳头状瘤行乳管镜定位下导管内乳头状瘤切除术。结果50例均顺利找到乳管内肿瘤并切除。结论乳管镜定位下导管内乳头状瘤切除病变定位准确,使手术范围缩小,简单易行,术后美容效果好,极大提高了病变的诊断率和手术切成功除率。Objective To explore the curative effect of intraductal papilloma resection under breast fiberoptic ductoscopy （FDS）. Methods Resection was on 50 patients with intraductal papilloma from June 2008 to June 2009 under breast fiberoptic ductoscopy （FDS）. Results All the tumors were found and resection. Conclusion Fiberoptic ductoscopy （FDS） is an accurate and easy diagnosis for breast intraduetal papilloma; it can reduce operation area and has good cosmetic effect after operation ; it also can improve the rate of diagnosis for breast intraductal papilloma and improve the rate of resection.
