摘  要:功率超声波强化溶液结晶是一种新型的结晶技术,由于其具有促进溶液冻结、控制晶体粒径分布和提高冻结产品质量的作用,近年来受到越来越多的关注。从过冷溶液的一次冰晶成核、二次冰晶成核以及树枝状冰晶体的生长速度等方面对超声波强化溶液结晶的机理进行了综述,并对超声结晶机理研究的发展方向提出了建议。The application of power ultrasound to solution crystallization is a relatively innovative crystallization method. Power ultrasound is able to accelerate the freezing process of solution, control the distribution of crystal particle size and improve the quality of the frozen products. Therefore, the enhancement of solution crystallization by ultrasound has drawn much attention. In this paper, the mechanisms of solution crystallizations enhanced by ultrasound were summarized and commented in three as- pects, such as the primary nucleation of ice crystals, the secondary nucleation of ice crystals, and the growth velocity of dendritic ice in undercooled solution. The future research development of the mechanism of sonocrystallization was also suggested.
