摘  要:目的探讨采用经额部入路2次注射自体动脉血的立体定向手术方法,改进大鼠尾状核脑出血模型的可行性。方法 SD大鼠16只,分为经额部入路组(8只)和经顶部入路组(8只)。2组分别在立体定向仪辅助下,自大鼠额部以及顶部入路进针至左侧尾状核中心,取股动脉血50μl分2次注入尾状核,观察比较2种不同方法所致血肿的形态及容量,并进行统计分析。结果所有大鼠左侧尾状核内均可见血肿形成。经额部入路组大鼠平均血肿容量(25.1±0.4)μl,明显多于经顶部入路组(24.2±1.0)μl,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组血肿容量离散度分别为1.4%和4.2%。经额部入路组大鼠血肿形态较规则,优于经预部入路组。结论经额部入路2次注射自体动脉血技术是构建稳定大鼠尾状核脑出血模型的有效手段。Objective To establish the rat model of intracerebral hemorrhage by injecting autologous blood into caudate nucleus through frontal approach with double-injection method, and to compare the volume and stability of hematomas with the rat model of intracerebral hemorrhage through parietal approach. Methods Sixteen male Sprague-Dawley rats were grouped randomly into the frontal approach group and the parietal approach group(8 rats in each group). 50 μl of autologous blood was drawn from the femoral artery of each rat in two groups and injected slowly (10μl/min) into caudate nucleus through frontal or parietal approach with the help of a stereotactic frame. 15μl of blood was injected at first,the remaining 35 μl of blood was injected after 8 minutes interval. The volume of hematomas in two groups were measured and compared. Results Elliptical hematomas could be observed in caudate nucleus in all rats of the two groups. The hematomas of frontal approach group were larger than those of the parietal approach group and the volume of hematomas of the two groups was(25.1±0.4) μl and (24.2±1.0)μl,and the dispersions of the hematomas were 1. 4% and 4. 2% respectively. Conclusion Injecting autologous blood into caudate nucleus through frontal approach is an effective method to establish stable rat model of intracerebral hemorrhage.
